When you place an order or create an account, we collect: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (optional), and IP address. We also record compliance acknowledgements — your agreement to research-only and age verification — which are stored permanently as a legal audit trail and cannot be deleted.
We use your information to: (1) process and fulfill your orders, (2) send order confirmations and shipping notifications by email, (3) maintain our compliance audit trail as required for legal protection, and (4) respond to customer support inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
SelaraLabs does not collect or store credit card numbers. We accept payment via CashApp, Venmo, and cryptocurrency. Payment is made directly through those platforms — we only receive confirmation that payment was sent.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and shopping cart. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Order information is retained indefinitely for legal compliance. Compliance records (research-only and age acknowledgements with IP + timestamp) are permanently stored and cannot be modified or deleted — this is by design for legal protection. You may request deletion of your account profile data at any time by emailing support@selaralabs.com; however, compliance records and order history will be retained.
We use Supabase with row-level security and industry-standard encryption for all data at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We never store API keys or secrets in our codebase.
