Returns & Refunds

Summary: Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened products. We do accept returns of unopened, sealed items within 7 days of delivery and provide refunds or replacements for products damaged in transit.

No Returns on Opened Products

For safety and integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or whose seals have been broken. All sales of opened products are final.

Unopened Returns (7-Day Window)

Unopened, factory-sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit (minus original shipping cost). To initiate a return, email support@selaralabs.com with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@selaralabs.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, reship your order or issue a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued in the same form as original payment (via CashApp, Venmo, or crypto to your original wallet address).

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours (wrong item or damaged product). Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
