Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days via USPS First Class or UPS Ground.
Priority Shipping ($12.99): 2–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-Day.
Overnight Shipping ($29.99): Next business day via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Overnight.
Free standard shipping applies automatically to all domestic orders with no minimum purchase.
At this time, SelaraLabs ships only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available. We are working to expand to select international destinations — check back for updates.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product names or company branding visible on the exterior. The return address will appear as “SL Fulfillment” or similar neutral identifier.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature during standard transit. For orders containing liquid solutions or temperature-sensitive products, we use insulated packaging with ice packs when necessary. Products are shipped with desiccant packets to protect against moisture.
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also view tracking information in your account under “My Orders.” Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment fees may apply. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
SelaraLabs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us at support@selaralabs.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion to protect against theft and loss.
